Today is INDIAN happy new year day.They will celebrate DEEPAVALI'S DAY !
That day, i still at my hometown.Because it also is college holiday.
When the time arrive 12.00am,at once the beautiful sky become colourful...
Because indian they play the firework,then the effect of boom above the sky plus a few shining stars and moon become most beautiful compare normal day.

At night,me,my family and my gf go to indian house eat dinner.Because every Deepavali's Day,my dad indian friend-Uncle MUTHU,he must invite my dad and my family go his house together.

At time, he house serve many types of food.Majority of the food is spicy.Because indian like spicy.
After we eat dinner,uncle invite us sit in dinning room eat some indian snack.


Before we go back, uncle give our guys indian"ang pao".

HAPPY TOGETHER

So...long time we(me & best friends) no eat steamboat together.
Remember last night we do steamboat at my house.
So yearning the day...^^
Today morning, we suggest do steamboat again...
but...no place we think can do our steamboat...
Through our discussion, we get it.
Yepepe...that is at my friend, "Penguin" house.
He say his house no people today. YES...is god help us.Thanks for god.
At night, we all meet at JUSCO at 7.30pm.Because before do our steamboat must need steamboat ingredient.So that we shpping at JUSCO and buy something.

After we prepare our steamboat ingredient,
we put all of food on table.

The Tired Day

Today is me first be school until night...
so...so tired...(-_-)...
You know why???
Yup,because today is our HOTEL MANAGEMENT of Group H9 first attend the
KHHM 1604 FOOD, INGREDIENT & BASIC COOKING METHODS
practice at Main Kitchen.
this class is most longer class compare another subject.
It is from 2pm - 8pm.
WALAO!!! 6 hours arhx...(>.<)...
Are you surprise by after you listened it?
Me also got same feel with you while saw my time table the day.
But... OK arhx...When our practice inside kitchen,
listened Chef MAK explain about kitchen;
done our practice...
blink awhile,the time left quick fast...6 hours left already...
We already learn how to cut properly and carefully used with knife when cutting something.
We practice cut onion, carrot, garlic and vegetable.

My Dinner

Before eat my dinner...
Me,my gf and my friends went to Jusco bought something and plan on this night cook dinner ourself.
2 hours past...
We bought so many package of Jusco plastic bag include a package of "BIG APPLE" plastic bag.
You all ever listen or know this name???
Yup,this is very famous shop sold various of delicious donuts.









Yummy...yummy...!!!

After enjoyed our donuts,we want started do our dinner.
First,we washed ingredient before we cook it.
Then,we started
carefully...
After half hour...
Wooooooo......!!!!
Ermmm......look like delicious.
Of cause delicious la...because all of this were me and my gf hardy cooked with swelter.
Finally,we both enjoyed our dinner together...
